What time is the check-in and check-out?
Check-out time (check-out time) is 12:00 local time;
Check-in of Guests at the hotel is carried out from 14:00 p.m. local time;
Early check-in to the room before 14:00 is possible subject to availability and must be paid separately. You can get more detailed information from the reception and accommodation service employee;
Late check-out after check-out time is 12:00, subject to availability of rooms and at an additional cost.
The hotel is intended for temporary accommodation of Guests for a period agreed upon with the hotel administration. Upon expiration of the agreed period of stay, no later than the check-out time, the Guest is obliged to vacate the room.

What documents are needed for the settlement?
To check in, you must present an identity document in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation. You can find the full list of documents and the rules of placement in the "Legal information" section.

Business trip reporting
Upon departure, closing documents are provided: an invoice with a signature and seal, a fiscal receipt, a certificate of residence, a copy of the price list (on request).
An invoice and an act of completed work (if necessary) are issued upon presentation of a power of attorney upon check-in at the reception and are sent to the organization's address within five working days after your departure.

How do I cancel my booking?
When booking, the hotel waits for the Guest until 12:00 the next day.
If the reservation is cancelled on the day of arrival, the prepayment in the amount of the cost of the first day will not be refunded.

Is it possible to get to the hotel at night?
Yes, the entrance to the hotel is carried out around the clock.
